Its unfortunate to say in this day that customer service is usually a task that must be performed as part of servicing the client. Mortgages For Professionals however is in the minority by providing an elitist level of customer service as a corner stone of its proposition. From our initial contact with you right through to completion the communication was second to none, the extent the staff went to in order to provide the best possible product whilst constantly reassessing throughout the process to ensure that product was the most competitive was unquestionable. One person looked after us throughout and was always available either by email or by phone to answer questions.
