Our fees and service

We’re happy to discuss your requirements and your individual circumstances free of charge. We can even present you with a range of mortgage options to choose from - without charging a fee.

If you decide to apply for any mortgage scheme through us, we will charge a flat rate administration fee of £295. This payment is fully refundable if a satisfactory offer is not provided.

In addition, we charge a fee of between 0% and 1% payable on completion of your mortgage. All fees chargeable will be disclosed upfront by your broker and before you apply for the mortgage.

As is the case for all mortgage brokers the lenders will pay us a commission for each case.

A dedicated professionally qualified broker

The broker who takes your initial enquiry will continue to look after you throughout the whole transaction. The same person will also be available for further transactions and re-mortgages in the future. You will also be assigned an administrator who will take ownership of your case.

In fact, one of the principle reasons why people like to use mortgage brokers rather then dealing directly with lenders is to avoid being referred to as an application number. We believe in building long-term relationships, and offering a personal service that is tailored to the needs of your individual requirements.

Our brokers at Mortgages for Professionals only arrange mortgages. However if you require advice about your various mortgage insurance options, we offer to refer you to qualified independent financial advisers from one of our sister companies.

We also have an in-house legal team who will be happy to take your instructions to do the conveyancing work involved with your transaction.
