London property values boosted by Jubilee Line

Consumers may be better off buying property along the Jubilee Line route one property expert has suggested.
The tube line provides exclusive and efficient access to the city’s recently developed Canary Wharf area for investment bankers, solicitors and other professionals working thereProperties near stations along the route are so coveted that individuals have been are willing to pay higher prices to live in them, according to estate agency ludlowthompson.
Stephen Ludlow, director of ludlowthompson, said: “You can go from somewhere like Willesden on the Jubilee line straight to Canary Wharf.
“So you can effectively travel right through London and then back out of London as far as Stratford. And it’s modern, it’s appealing, it’s got that sort of factor about it.”
According to regional development agency North London Business, London will enjoy nearly £3 billion worth of investment in it’s travel network over the next five years.
This will come as positive news to anyone considering buying property in London in the near future.
